1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. We do not store any social media passwords.

YouTube Comment Data

We access publicly available YouTube comments via the public YouTube Data API for videos whose URLs you provide. This includes comment text, author display names, timestamps, like counts, and reply threads. We only access data for videos you explicitly submit to ReplyCue AI.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device/browser information.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details. We retain billing history and subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To ingest, analyze, and classify YouTube comments using our AI models.
• AI Analysis: Comment data is processed by our AI classification engine (powered by Anthropic) to provide sentiment analysis, intent detection, toxicity scoring, and other intelligence dimensions.
• Dashboard & Reporting: To generate insights, reports, and visualizations within your ReplyCue AI account.
• Communication: To send transactional emails (alerts, weekly digests, account notifications) and, with your consent, marketing communications.
• Improvement: To improve our AI models, fix bugs, and develop new features. We use aggregated, anonymized data for this purpose.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on US-based servers using industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption at rest: All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers uses TLS 1.3.
• Infrastructure: We host our application on Vercel and use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage, both utilizing US-based data centers.
• Data retention: Raw comment data is retained for 90 days after analysis. Aggregated analytics and classification results are retained for the duration of your subscription.
• Access controls: Employee access to customer data is restricted on a need-to-know basis and logged for audit purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ReplyCue AI:

• YouTube Data API (Public): For accessing publicly available YouTube comment data on videos you submit.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): For AI-powered comment analysis and classification. Comment data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.
• Supabase: For database storage and authentication infrastructure.
• Vercel: For application hosting and serverless function execution.
• Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend: For transactional email delivery.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
• Export: Request a machine-readable export of your data.
• Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time. Transactional emails related to your service cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
• Revoke access: Stop submitting YouTube video URLs at any time and request deletion of previously analyzed data.

6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

We process your personal data based on: (a) your consent (for YouTube data access), (b) contract performance (for service delivery), and (c) legitimate interest (for service improvement and security). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For California Residents (CCPA)

We do not sell your personal information. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any future sale of your data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
