Any YouTube video URL you add to your ReplyCue AI dashboard. We monitor all comments on that video in real time. You can add and remove videos at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts.
Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial period — no questions asked.
You'll receive a notification when you're near your limit. You can either remove existing tracked videos or upgrade to a higher plan. We never auto-charge overages.
Annual plans are billed once per year at a ~17% discount compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
YouTube is our primary focus for the MVP. Support for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook is on our roadmap. Growth and Pro users will get early access to new platforms.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
